By accessing or using Vaantee Tools at vaantee.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Vaantee Tools provides free online file processing tools, including:

• Image tools — compress, resize, rotate, convert, remove background, crop, watermark, draw & annotate images
• PDF tools — merge, split, compress, convert PDF to Word, annotate PDF (add text and images)
• Video tools — convert video to MP3 audio
• SVG tools — convert images to SVG, render SVG from text
• QR, Barcode & PromptPay — generate and read QR codes, barcodes, and PromptPay QR images
• Analysis Trade — AI-generated market direction summaries in two parts: (1) a summary derived directly from chart patterns, and (2) a summary derived directly from market news — covering Gold and BTC. Free with no charges of any kind.

Some features may require account registration.

Analysis Trade provides two types of AI-generated summaries: a chart-based summary derived directly from chart patterns, and a news-based summary derived directly from market news — covering Gold and BTC. Both are provided completely free of charge with no subscription or payment required. These summaries are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Upload content that violates the rights or privacy of others
• Use our services to distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt our systems
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts without prior written permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

All content, design, code, and branding on Vaantee Tools is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• File processing results will be accurate or meet your expectations
• The service will be available at all times

Use of our services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaantee Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of files arising from your use of our services.

Our service integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — usage tracking
• Google AdSense — advertising
• Google OAuth — authentication

We are not responsible for the availability, practices, or content of these third-party services.

Vaantee Tools includes an optional support link to Buy Me a Coffee. Any donations are handled directly by the external service. We do not collect or store donation payment information ourselves. Support is entirely voluntary and does not affect your ability to use our core tools.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Thailand.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
